Hello, Can an F-4 visa holder from a non-English speaking country teach in Korea?

If you have a F-4, Oversea Korean Visa, you can work in Korea freely in the most business fields.

But you may need to show potential employer that how you are eligible to teach English since you are not from an English speaking country.
