| 경력사항 | I have taught TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, SAT in several major language schools both in Gangnam and Jongro areas and hold unique know-hows for teaching language proficiency tests. When studying at U of Toronto’s teachers college, as a teacher candidate and as a volunteer teacher, I have extensively taught various types of novel studies, debates, writing, Social Science and reading classes for the Native Canadian students. Also, after graduating from the university, as a private tutor, I have taught a wide variety of subjects related to North American English curriculum contents to numerous Gr. 3-12 students, who needed professional helps in understanding difficult texts like Shakespeare and Owell and writing essays and preparing exams and quizzes for their classes for over 4 years. My other strength is that aside from my Canadian teaching experience, I also possess special know-hows for teaching and managing Korean middle school students from my experience as a bilingual instructor at a Pyoengchon’s large scale private academy. While teaching reading/ speaking/ writing/ listening and TOEFL for the entrance exams for the Foreign Language High Schools, I obtained my own know-hows for improving students’ test scores and managing sometimes difficult middle school students. |
