| 강사 소개 | Ever since starting my teaching career over six years ago, I have been focusing on three things: delivering effective education, in an enjoyable way for the students, and developing my own talents as a teacher. During my career so far I have had the good fortune to work in a variety of different programs in many different locations around Korea and in China, with many age groups, and the opportunities afforded to me by these experiences have been invaluable. I have been lucky enough to work with employers who valued initiative and independence as much as I do myself, and who allowed their teachers the leeway to create and implement their own classroom methodology, who encouraged their teachers to take as much responsibility and pride in their work as they were able, and therefore to learn from their own mistakes, but I have also had to adapt to work effectively within existing programs of many different kinds. As I hope you will see from my attached CV, I have extensive and varied experience in ESL, including running a program personally last year. During that time I had an excellent opportunity to create and implement my own curricula, across a span of disciplines, for varying levels of students, involving all aspects of their English studies, so I believe I could really contribute to your students’ education. I am hard-working, enthusiastic, energetic, I love teaching and I am committed to education. Furthermore, I have an excellent relationship with all of my previous employers.
