| 강사 소개 | My name is Dina Abubakr. I am 25 years old and I have been living in Korea for about 1 year and 8 months. I am a very optimistic person who enjoys travelling and meeting new people. I always try to see the best in a situation and see how I can get the most positive outcome out of any situation. I am out-going but at the same time calm and responsible. Moving to Korea was the first time that I lived away from my family and it has taught me alot about myself. I am very good at adapting myself to different situations. I am good at being indpendent but I also am strong at working in groups or with other people. I love children and seeing them learn and be happy, makes me happy. Overall, I am a very simple person! I believe communication is key and I am very open minded. |

| 경력사항 | Teaching English has been a career path which I have been interested in for a long time and teaching overseas is an opportunity which I would love to have. As a university graduate I learnt many skills which are transferable among a number of career fields. While obtaining my Journalism degree I improved my skill in planning, leading and English language to name a few. I am a very determined person and I believe that my skills combined with my passion for education and the English language helped me become a great ESL teacher. In addition to my Bachelor of Art Honours degree, I have also gained experience in teaching English through being an ESL tutor for an English/Korean language exchange organisation called Norito. Through this organisation I was able to put my planning and teaching skills to use and help Korean students to gain a better understanding of the English language. While volunteering as an English tutor for Norito, my passion for teaching English grew and I hope to bring my passion to your school. I have also been teaching in Korea for over 1 year. I have been teaching Kindergarten, elementary, middle school, high school and Adult classes. During my 6th month at my current school I was promoted to ‘head teacher’ at my school. I had several responsibilities such as organising classes and books, leading meetings, making tests, training new teachers and a lot more. |
