강사 소개
To whom it may concern, My name is Grace Kang and I graduated from University of California, Los Angelos back in June 12, 2015 with an English degree. I came to Korea in hopes of self-discovery and learning. I would love to learn about my own culture whilst finding out what I want to do for my career. I have tutored on multiple occasions and am good with people. I enjoy helping others. Teaching in Korea would fulfill all of my goals and would take advantage of my personal strengths. I would be able to talk to the other students and learn from them as much as they learn from me. Since I am not shy in front of an audience, I am confident that I can be of help to them. I have tutored students before and I am familiar with the learning process as well as the challenges that may exist when teaching students. I am flexible and know how to handle the ever changing moods of students. I adapt quickly to my situations and am quick to learn new techniques required in the education field. I would be grateful for the opportunity to work for you. Sincerely, Grace Kang

경력사항
Tutoring, Home, Schools, Libraries (2009-2012) ? During my time as a tutor, I came up with different methods to help increase student’s understanding of the material. Student’s grades increased up to fifteen percent. Since their grades depended on how I taught, I came to understand the responsibility involved with teaching students. Daycare, Universal Bible Fellowship (2008-2009) ? At one time, I watched a total of fourteen children along with two other babysitters. Was responsible for feeding them, cleaning them, and entertaining them while their parents were attending church service. Babysitting multiple children from differing age groups and cultures helped me with my flexibility. Waitress, Waki Sushi, Seal Beach, CA,(Dec 2014-July 2015) ? I learned how to deal with upset customers. Waitressing also taught me how to better understand the work environment. I also came to fully appreciate the importance of working with coworkers. Activities Coordinator, Cypress College Business Club (2012) ? Business Club Board helped me overcome the existing challenges of a leadership position. Being the Activities Coordinator gave me opportunities to come up with different activities for the club members to do. Giving weekly presentations for the club’s future activities helped me fine tune my presentation skills. It made it easier for me to present in front of an audience and gave me further confidence.
